Friendly staff provided glamorous toiletries and a well-equipped room. Delicious breakfast, room control on iPad, nice devices, good shower, and pleasant room temperature. Wireless charger, body pillow, and complimentary mocha show thoughtful gestures from the manager.

The hotel decor was breathtaking, with impeccable interior design and luxurious amenities. The smart technology in the room was a helpful touch. the inconsistent functioning of the room key in the lifts and undisclosed Sunday surcharge during breakfast were disappointing. Despite these minor inconveniences, the attentive staff, beautiful rooms, and convenient location made our stay memorable. The bathroom layout lacked privacy, but the chic vibe, high-tech features, and delicious food at Borge bars exceeded expectations. TV placement issues were quickly resolved by the helpful staff, although the miscommunication regarding a late checkout was a slight hiccup. the modern industrial style, comfortable beds, and excellent service made for a pleasant experience.

My recent stay at this hotel was simply exceptional. the room was beautifully designed, with modern amenities like an iPad-powered system to control everything, a luxurious mattress, and a selection of pillow types to choose from. the staff were not only welcoming and friendly but also exhibited a nice mix of casual and professional demeanor that made interactions enjoyable. the location was also ideal, being close to shops and within a short distance to major landmarks in Sydney.

While my stay was wonderful overall, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the breakfast service was a bit slow, and the options were limited.

Excellent location and stylish ambiance

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sydney. the location was perfect, close to public transportation and within walking distance to many attractions. the stylish ambiance of the hotel, from the rooms to the cafe/bar, created a truly unique and inviting atmosphere. I wish they had fluffier doonas on the bed for added comfort.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was amazing. the interior design mix of old and new was stunning, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. the pool on the rooftop was perfect for relaxing and taking in the views of the city and the park. We also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks at the on-site bars and restaurants. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The only minor issue we encountered was some noise from outside the hotel, but the staff quickly resolved the problem and we were able to switch to a quieter room. we wish the gym was a bit larger, but it still provided a great workout.
