I always return to my favorite place for vacations. Staff kindly arranged my sim card. I enjoy the free Wi-Fi, cozy lounge, and onsite restaurant. the lift is convenient. Everything is perfect for me! No pets, no smoking, wheelchair access, and air conditioning.

We enjoyed the history of the building and its restoration, the lovely Dome Restaurant within, and the hotel's dedication to keeping the original theme alive. the welcome booklets provided detailed historical information and created a special touch. the comfortable bed and exceptional pillows contributed to a great night's sleep. the underground bar, though a bit busy, was well-designed.

Enjoyed the Premier Mill Hotel in Katanning. Unique building, comfy bed, great amenities, and lovely pantry. Guest pack and history book were a nice touch. Few food options for plant-based guests. A little inconvenience with room keys but overall a beautiful and relaxing stay.

Two free drinks were provided on arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel is located near several restaurants and coffee shops, making it easy to find somewhere to eat. the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi.

The staff seemed uninterested in fixing the issue and were difficult to reach. the room was quite small and basic, lacking any extra amenities or luxuries.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The building renovation was impressive and the staff were pleasant. The bed was excellent and the shower was lovely. The hotel was clean and had almost brand new amenities, which was expected.

The pillows were too large and firm, making it uncomfortable for both me and my husband. The room size was small and lacked tea/coffee making facilities, which meant having to go to a separate room.

We had a great stay at a unique hotel with a fascinating history. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who gave us a tour of the room and explained everything. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The room was comfortable with a great shower, and the Dome restaurant on-site served delicious meals. We also enjoyed learning about the mill's history and had plenty of information and maps in our room.

That the basement bar could get busy and could have used an extra staff member.

Loved the spacious and comfortable rooms at Premier Mill. The clean bathroom with lovely Aesop toiletries was a nice touch. Enjoyed a great evening at the Cordial Bar downstairs. The beautiful renovation incorporating the old flour mill machinery was impressive. I'll recommend this hotel.
