Great size rooms, comfy bed, fantastic staff, amazing restaurant, convenient location near the train station.

Felt like home, no complaints whatsoever.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. the kids loved the proximity to local attractions, and the onsite restaurant Lola served up delicious meals with impeccable service.

My wife says that a dedicated kids' play area would enhance the family experience.

Although there were a few minor hiccups with check, in and parking fees, overall, it was a delightful experience. Recommended for a romantic getaway.

I was in town for a conference and stayed for three nights. the room was beautifully decorated with authentic vintage furniture, and the king-size bed was extremely comfortable. the bathroom amenities were top-notch, and the breakfast provided was the best I've ever had in a hotel. the staff were very helpful and the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.

I had a wonderful stay at a historic hotel tastefully revived. The room was spacious and comfortable with modern decoration in keeping with the spirit of 100 years ago. The bathroom was stocked with Aesop products and there was even a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The highlight was the excellent breakfast offered at the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the location was convenient, close to the Ballarat Art Gallery and opposite the station.

This charming hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station, making it perfect for travelers arriving by train. The rooms are beautifully clean and spacious, with comfy beds and nice bed linen. The friendly staff go out of their way to make you feel special, and the breakfast served at Lola is delicious. If you're lucky, you might even get a room with a fireplace and apple id TV for a cozy night in.

Some guests mentioned that the bathrooms lacked privacy, as they overlooked the street and car park.

Great breakfast and convenient location. We recently visited a hotel for a city break and we had a mixed experience. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a lot of options to choose from. the hotel was also conveniently located near the train station, which made travelling around the city easy. Another advantage we had was the hotel's proximity to some popular filming locations.
