we stayed at rising sun in auburn, and what a delightful experience it was! from the lovely location to the spacious room with a cozy nectre slow combustion heater and instant reverse cycle air conditioning, everything was perfect. the meal options were excellent, complemented by a fine selection of wines. we even got to enjoy fresh oranges from the citrus trees on the property. the staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming historic pub. the hotel facilities were top-notch, from the elegant old-style decor to the delightful open fires in the rooms. the location was perfect, situated near many wineries and close to the wedding reception at a nearby winery. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I absolutely loved the warm welcome and delicious Friday night meal. The parking for our cars was safe, which was a relief with my daughter's new car. The friendly atmosphere and convenient location made attending the wedding a breeze. As for the room, the Nectre slow combustion heater was a cozy touch, and the fresh oranges from their trees were a delightful surprise. The only small downside was the breakfast could use a larger plunger and muesli in containers instead of packets.

The database provided was incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to easily navigate and search for the information I needed. the room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the deep bathtub for a relaxing soak after a long day.

The only drawback I found was the short shower curtain in the bathroom, which caused some water to splash outside the shower area. this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact my overall experience.

We had a fantastic weekend away at a historic location, where we met lovely people and enjoyed delicious food and wine. The Mews Cottage room was charming with its older style bathroom and brass bed, reflecting the 1850s building. The continental breakfast was sufficient and we loved sitting outside on the verandah to enjoy it. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The meals in the hotel were extremely good, and the complimentary tipple of port before bed was a delightful touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay.
