The apartment at the Ritz Resort was awesome! the kitchen had everything, the bed was comfy, and the balcony view was beautiful. the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring.

Wish the bathroom had more light, a bit dark for me.

I absolutely adored the elegant and cozy ambiance of the hotel. the decorations felt like a warm hug, especially in the common areas. the accessibility for seniors was superb, with gentle ramps and well-placed seating throughout, making it easy for us older folks to navigate comfortably.

Please ensure better consideration for seniors during their vacations.

I always choose this place for my stay. First visit staff assisted with taxi tips. Everything I need is available: Wi-Fi, outdoor dining area, fitness centre. No pets/smoking, 24hr security, flat-screen TV, laundry. Returning for a business trip.

The location was awesome! It was really easy to get to all the restaurants and shops. We also loved how close it was to the beach. the pool/spa area was amazing! We spent most of our time there and had it all to ourselves.

That we had to buy some extra supplies like toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. But it was a small inconvenience compared to everything else.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to everything Broadbeach has to offer by foot. It is close to the Convention Center and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious and well laid out, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The facilities, such as the gym and rooftop spa, are well maintained and enjoyable. the Ritz Resort offers a convenient and enjoyable stay in a great location.

The internet provided by the hotel is limited to 1 GB per day, which can be frustrating for guests who rely on a strong and unlimited connection.

We had the best Christmas ever at The Ritz. The rooftop spa was amazing and the pool area and BBQ were fantastic. The location was perfect, with the Oasis shopping centre and eateries nearby. Despite the minor issue of the bed size, we still had a great sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.
