Great value for money, room with ocean view was wonderful, location close to beach and shops. Staff, especially Sarah, were so helpful.

Hotel breakfast could use more variety.

The stunning beachfront location, spacious rooms, and excellent facilities at The Sands at Yamba made our stay truly enjoyable. The friendly staff, lovely gardens, and easy access to the beach were highlights. some units may need updates and more kitchenware. a relaxing getaway spot with great potential.

Omg 😍 the location of this hotel is incredible! directly facing pippin beach, it's a dream come true. the sunset views were perfect. the only downside was noisy pool-goers at night. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. 🏖✨.

We loved the convenience of being right across from the beach and a short pleasant walk into the town centre. the apartment was spacious and well designed, with very clean and lovely balconies. the hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were enjoyable for our granddaughters. the staff were accommodating, granting our late check-out request without any issues.

The staff were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make my partner feel special by arranging a last-minute surprise with flowers picked from the garden. the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful beach and surroundings, with plenty of amenities like a swimming pool and outdoor dining areas. the room was clean, tastefully furnished, and offered stunning views. We loved our stay here and will definitely come back again.

One thing that could be improved is the lack of block-out curtains in the bedrooms. the early morning sunlight might not be ideal for those looking to sleep in.

I recently stayed at this fabulous hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location couldn't be better, as it is right on the beachfront with stunning ocean views. The staff here were incredibly accommodating and even took into consideration my husband's mobility issues, ensuring that we were allocated an apartment with no stairs and a fantastic view. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean and spacious, making for a truly luxurious stay. Additionally, the gardens were impeccably maintained, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel also had fantastic amenities such as a great pool and spa area, complete with a marked lane for lap swimming. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning when I visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at Sands Resort, with its gorgeous location and amazing facilities. The apartment was clean and fresh, and we were treated to an incredible ocean view from our ground floor unit. The proximity to the town center and beach was a major plus, as we could easily explore the nearby cafes, restaurants, and enjoy refreshing dips at the patrolled beach. The resort amenities, such as the pool and tennis court, were clean and welcoming. Our apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home. The beautiful surroundings and well-cared-for grounds added to the overall experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the grubby carpet and broken blinds, our enjoyable stay was not affected.

We had a fantastic stay at The Sands in Yamba. Stayed for a week and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and into town. The unit had everything we needed, was clean and tidy with lots of extras to keep us entertained. The kitchen had all the supplies we could ask for and the beds were comfortable. The staff at check-in were friendly and parking was easy. Already booked our next stay!

Well-kept apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Netflix available for rainy days. Gorgeous ocean view from ground floor. Easy 10-minute walk to town center with great cafes. 900m from a patrolled beach perfect for swimming. Clean and welcoming resort facilities including pools and tennis court. Spacious unit accommodated our family comfortably. Fabulous white sand beach with daily dolphin sightings. Access to two pools was a bonus.

spent a lovely Xmas at a beachy hotel. Really enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, which was perfect for cooking up some amazing meals. the location was key, with stunning views of the ocean and a beach right across the road. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a relief.

The spa bath didn't have a step which made it difficult for some of us to climb in and out of. the drainage grates in the driveway crashed loudly each time a car drove over them, which was quite annoying.
