My recent stay at The Star was fantastic. The room was spacious with breathtaking views from the floor to ceiling windows. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even granting my request for a high-level floor. I especially loved having access to amenities like a washing machine and dryer. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants in Broadbeach. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend The Star to others.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being right next to the casino. It's also conveniently located within walking distance to various shops and easily accessible by public transport. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

The parking situation can be problematic, especially during events at the casino. It can be frustrating to find the car park full or not being able to access certain levels without a swipe card.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The first-class leisure facilities were fantastic and the room was stunning with wonderful views. Plus, the room was very clean and new. Being located near the beach and suburbs was a real plus too.

We did have some issues. Our room wasn't ready at check-in time and we had to wait about an hour and a half.

Expansive ocean view, 3 luxe pools, convenient parking, easy access to amenities, spectacular and clean, great location.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The stunning views from my room on the 48th level were breath-taking. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the beds and bathroom were top-notch. The hotel also offered great amenities like room service and housekeeping, which were excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the presentation of everything was beautiful. I was truly impressed.
