One improvement could be clearer communication about room restrictions, such as cooking not being allowed.

Location and staff were great during my Christmas stay. the hotel had a wonderful coffee shop and several yummy restaurants within walking distance. Our room was warm and cozy on arrival with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Despite some minor issues, the bathroom was fantastic, and we enjoyed the comfortable amenities provided.

The room was not as clean as we expected upon our Christmas arrival with leftover crumbs in dirty bowls from previous guests. the bed was uncomfortable and clearly needed to be replaced.
