Clean rooms and friendly staff create a comfortable stay the motel offered clean rooms with comfy beds, good air-conditioning, and great shower pressure, making for a comfortable stay. the staff were polite, prompt to help, and the proximity to shops and the hospital was convenient. the small bathrooms and challenging parking situation could be improved for a more seamless experience.

The kids were over the moon with the arcade games, mini-golf, and kid-friendly shows. the laid-back atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality family time.

My wife says that clearer signage indicating kids' activity timings would be helpful.

the central location allowed easy access to town. the room was spotless, with a delightful hot shower. Appreciated the air conditioning and the quality complimentary biscuits. Staff communicated well via text, even leaving the room unlocked for late arrivals. Enjoyed member rates at the nearby Country Club, a pleasant surprise. Cons: Would definitely recommend this hotel.

the housekeeping was impeccable - our room was always spotless, and the bed was super comfy. They had a great variety of TV channels, and the shower was amazing. the hotel is so conveniently located, close to the country club and just a short walk to the main shopping strip where you can find lovely cafes.

While the hotel's location is great, it can be a bit noisy being close to a busy road, which can make it a tad tricky when leaving. It could use a little facelift on the outside, but the inside is clean and cozy.

With the motel as my base, I felt like a modern-day explorer in the Hastings region, only 32 km away from the charming Dunbogan Boatshed and Marina; I even ventured 29 km to the quaint Laurieton.
