The room was mind-blowingly spacious and clean with SUPER comfy beds and a jaw-dropping patio!

clean rooms - superb location close to the main street - staff friendly. loved the breakfast - large portions. when water is bad - they provide bottled water next day.

The Pork Belly at the restaurant was legit drool, worthy, not to mention the well, stocked bar fridge and top, notch bathroom. the breakfast portions were massive too, perfect for brekkie lovers.

No sleep thanks to a relentless ticking noise in room 16, and the service was slower than a snail on a hot day.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a small kitchenette which was so handy with the kids. the proximity to the main town and quiet location made it a relaxing spot, yet convenient for exploring.

My kids wished there was a designated play area for children within the motel premises to keep them entertained.

This motel is conveniently located near a shopping center, making it easy to find all your essentials. It is also close to a variety of wineries, perfect for wine enthusiasts looking to explore the local vineyards. In addition, the motel is situated next to a highly-rated restaurant, providing guests with a convenient dining option just steps away from their room.

It would be beneficial if the motel had more available parking space for guests.

They surprised us with a complimentary glass of wine, which was a lovely touch and truly helped brighten up a bad day. the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the fluffy robes provided added a touch of luxury to our stay. the location was perfect, situated near local shops, pubs, and restaurants, making it convenient for us to explore the town.

One minor improvement that could be made at this hotel is providing clearer instructions for late-night check-ins. It would be helpful if the hotel could ensure that guests are informed well in advance about alternative key collection procedures in case the front desk is closed upon arrival.

As young people, we loved the spacious family room with comfy beds and separate toilet/bathroom. The motel was squeaky clean with well-kept gardens. The refreshing pool and nearby park were perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time.

I had such a wonderful stay at Thunderbird Motel. The room was beyond my expectations - spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The highlight for me was the spa in the room, complete with cute doors. It was such a delightful surprise. The kitchenette and lounge area were also perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. And all of this at a very affordable price! I highly recommend Thunderbird Motel for an amazing stay in Yass.

The hotel had a few things going for it, like the fresh towels and the complimentary soap and shampoo that were provided. the location was also pretty decent, just a short walk from the main shopping area and there were a couple of good restaurants nearby.

There were quite a few things that I didn't like about this hotel. For starters, the room was very small and there wasn't really enough space for me and my luggage.

the front room I stayed in was excellent, with a spacious layout and all the facilities I needed and more. the bathroom was huge, there was a convenient kitchenette area, a comfortable couch, and even a dining table. the bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the pool area was also impressive, perfect for enjoying during warmer weather. I had a delicious dinner from the on-site restaurant, which was of excellent quality.
