I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the database was very easy to navigate, making it simple to find the information I needed. the room with a disability bathroom was not only convenient but also very spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the water. the table of young women was a thoughtful touch, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.

The only minor downside was that the database did not have a feature for filtering search results by price. It would have been helpful to be able to set a budget limit when searching for accommodations.

The pool parties were lit, and the DJ had us grooving all night. Plus, the karaoke nights were so much fun - we sang our hearts out! Can't wait to come back for more good times!

Would've loved to see a dedicated dance floor for us party animals to bust our moves without any interruptions - that would take the fun to the next level!

The hotel has a great location with beautiful views overlooking the bay. There are also plenty of nearby cafes where you can enjoy a delicious cooked breakfast or have dinner while enjoying the stunning scenery. The living areas are cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing with a drink by the fire. The hotel is also conveniently located close to all the local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

There have been some complaints about the overall maintenance of the hotel, with issues like rotten skirting in the bathroom and rust in the ironwork.

During my recent stay at the Panorama Hotel, I was delighted by the central location, as it allowed me to easily explore the charming town of St Helens. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The restaurant had a lovely outdoor deck overlooking the water, creating a picturesque setting for enjoying a delicious meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. I had a pleasant experience at the Panorama Hotel and would recommend it to others seeking a nice accommodation in a beautiful Eastcoast town.

As adventure travelers, we loved the large rooms and helpful staff. The dining room with the big open fire was cozy and inviting. The selection of pay channels and good dinner menu added to our enjoyment. The motel had great areas for congregating and the outdoor deck would have been lovely if the weather had cooperated. The carpark was spacious and allowed us to park close to our rooms. The location was also ideal, away from the main highway for a quiet stay.

The Christmas dinner was a disaster with the staff scrambling to get it all together. the food was cold and undercooked, while the service was slow.

We had an incredibly pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the town centre and restaurants. Service was excellent and the staff at the reception desk very helpful. Our room was spacious with a lovely outdoor sitting area, and all the room amenities like heating, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV added to our excellent stay. The leisure swimming pool was a highlight for us, and we enjoyed the sun terrace and seasonal outdoor pool. The on-site facilities like the fitness centre and the luggage storage were very convenient.
