Despite cleanliness issues, the central location of Toowoomba Central Plaza Apartment Hotel was convenient for my business trip. Comfy bed and functional amenities saved the stay. With a bit of attention to maintenance, this could be a top pick. A diamond in the rough.

the central was so tidy and comfy - right downtown near everything we wanted. staff were super helpful and got us an extra cot on the spot. also close to yummy eateries and the party spot!

It was also conveniently close to the Empire Theatre, where I needed to be for a course. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The full kitchen was a bonus for those who want to cook for themselves during longer stays. The staff were always helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast included a variety of options to choose from.

I had a delightful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Toowoomba. The location was absolutely perfect, with everything I needed right in the center of town. It was so convenient to have the CBD, shopping, and restaurants all within walking distance. The room I stayed in was a lovely one-bedroom apartment, which was incredibly spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, although I didn't end up cooking during my stay. The highlight for me was the comfortable bed, which provided a restful night's sleep. The large veranda was a nice touch, although it would have been even better with a table and some extra seating. it was a great experience.

We recently stayed at a centrally located hotel and had a great time. The hotel was right in the heart of the shopping areas, making it perfect for all our shopping needs. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so we had lots of options for evening entertainment. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that allowed us to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of having room service available. it was a pleasant experience.

There was a minor issue with the carpark where we had to carefully maneuver our car to exit due to the position of the metal poles.

We appreciated the complimentary Easter eggs and hot cross buns in our room upon check-in. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city and we enjoyed the convenience of having many restaurants and shops nearby. the apartment was also spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from our balcony.

The carpets were dirty and stained, and the bathroom was not up to par with chipped tiles and a poorly designed layout. the lack of a separate toilet was inconvenient, as was the cramped laundry cupboard.

The location of Central Plaza Apartment Hotel was perfect for our stay in Toowoomba. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa and pool located on the 3rd floor, which provided a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the city. We were also pleasantly surprised when we were able to upgrade to an apartment with a balcony just a week before our visit.
