staying at Townhouse was a pleasant surprise. from the ease of checking in to the incredibly clean room, and the comfy bed, everything was top-notch. the location was super convenient, right in the city centre, making it easy to explore the area. the staff were the real highlight, so welcoming and ready to assist with anything we needed. an added bonus was the delicious food at the restaurant, an overall wonderful experience.

Had a great Xmas with my family at the hotel. Enjoyed the two complimentary drinks on arrival and the tasty breakfast. the location was spot-on, close to shops and a pool. the bed was very comfortable, and the kids loved the huge shower in the room.

The elevator was a bit small and tight. My grandmother had difficulty accessing it, and we had to take the stairs a few times.
