The staff were brilliant! They tried their best to fix the problems in a very timely way. I cannot speak highly enough of them. the location was perfect for my needs. the structure was decent size and meet most of my expectations, with a comfy bed and couch. the kitchen lacked some essentials like chopping board and basic condiments. the air con was a bit noisy. the pool and outdoor facilities were fantastic for relaxation, and the hotel's proximity to landmarks like the Museum of Brisbane and Suncorp Stadium made family bonding easy with easy access to attractions.

The location of this hotel is fantastic; it's close to everything anyone would need for a short or long-term stay. the staff here are exceptional and very accommodating. the amenities, like the beautiful pool and spacious accommodation, make for a relaxing stay. the large balcony is perfect for enjoying the views, and the comfortable rooms make you feel right at home.

For example, the A/C in the second bedroom was not working properly, and some safety markings on the glass sliding doors were missing.

Cons: One thing that would make this place even cooler for parties is if they offered a rooftop bar with awesome music and drinks! .

I keep coming back for my city trips. They helped print tickets on my first stay. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, parking, fitness centre, and pool. Also flat-screen TV, lift, and AC. No smoking or pets. Great amenities like outdoor dining and picnic areas.
