I had a very comfortable stay at the Heritage hotel. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was clean. The staff at reception were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check out a bit later. The location was great, very close to the city center and the beautiful boardwalk. I enjoyed walking along the boardwalk, seeing native birds feeding. The balcony in my room was a nice addition, providing a lovely spot to relax. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort, location, and helpful staff.

The only drawbacks were that the pool was a bit small, but I was able to cool down in the nearby Cairns Lagoon. Additionally, the breakfast room had limited hours and the room service was a bit delayed.

The hotel had a lovely outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, perfect for a refreshing swim and relaxation. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the electric kettle and flat-screen tv added convenience to our stay. The dining options at the restaurant and snack bar were delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

I recently stayed at a budget-friendly hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its convenient location. It was close to everything – restaurants, attractions, and shopping. I especially appreciated the fact that the hotel had a launderette, perfect for cleaning up after water activities. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Additionally, the staff provided friendly and efficient service throughout my stay. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

The adjacent apartments were a bit noisy at times due to poor insulation.

Just back from a great weekend in FNQ! Loved the hotel’s free BBQ area, which was so handy for cooking dinner on the weekends. the breakfast was certainly simple, but for $7.50 it was hard to complain. Loved the gluten-free bread and almond milk options. the hotel was in such a convenient location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Super friendly and humorous lady staff!

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Cairns. The heritage-inspired decor and spaciousness of the room were impressive. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linen was spotless. I particularly appreciated the convenient kitchenette and the bonus of a balcony. The friendly staff added to the pleasant experience, and the hotel's location near the Esplanade was a bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Heritage and would highly recommend it.
