What an amazing stay we had! the staff were top-notch and gave us the best hospitality we have ever experienced. Our room far exceeded our expectations - impeccably clean, cozy, and even warmed up before our arrival. the lightning and restroom were also top-quality, making our stay enjoyable from the beginning. the location was perfect for our city exploration, and the gardens were well-kept and pretty.

The food at the restaurant was not up to standard. the dishes were overpriced and did not match the quality of the food.

We had a great time exploring the nearby Snowy Valley Highway sculpture trail and wineries from this beautiful hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains in the distance and just a short walk to the town center. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were efficient and accommodating, making us feel welcome and taken care of. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area.

The room I stayed in at the Motel & Elms Restaurant was incredibly spacious and had a beautiful view of the park and mountains in the distance. The heating was excellent, keeping me warm on a cold winter's day. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the town's attractions, cafes, and shops. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only minor drawback was the pillows, which were a bit too hard for my liking. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience.

I did notice some cleanliness issues with the shower, as there was mold on the walls and the shower head sprayed water in all directions.
