The apartment we stayed in was spacious with two outside balconies, and we loved being just a stone's throw away from the beach and a Greek restaurant right downstairs. We took advantage of the sun terrace and saltwater pool for some relaxation time, which was a great way to unwind. A few grumpy permanent residents made us feel a tad unwelcome, but it didn't dampen our fun stay! 🌴.

Located close to the beach for swimming or long walks. the main garden area is well maintained and peaceful. Rooms are spacious with kitchen and laundry facilities, making them perfect for longer stays.

Close proximity to the beach and a quick drive to shops made it convenient. the apartment's privacy and tranquil atmosphere amidst greenery were perfect for a relaxing getaway.

During my recent business trip to Kingscliff, the director chose Cotton Beach Resort - Tweed Coast Holidays for our accommodation. the spacious apartment I stayed in was centrally located, allowing easy access to all the building amenities, including two pools—one of which was heated— a fully refurbished gym, infrared sauna, and a restaurant. I found the beds to be comfortable, and the proximity to the beach and walking/bike path was a definite plus. the lovely garden setting in the middle of the complex added to the overall charm of the resort.

Outdated furniture detracted from the property's quality.

The rooms were upgraded to an executive suite with a great layout and spaciousness. The location is close to a beautiful beach. The facilities include a luxury private swimming pool. Staff were excellent.
