This hotel impressed us with its great location in the heart of the city, making it super convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. The fact that it is close to the bus station made it even easier for us to get around. We were also pleased to find that our room had a good view and came with a queen-sized bed, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel provided adequate amenities and even included breakfast in our rates.

The cleanliness of the shower facilities on our floor was not up to par and the smell was unpleasant. the toilet on our floor was out of order for more than one day causing inconvenience.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the heart of the city and the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. You can explore the city easily as it is not far from the cbd area. There are also plenty of amenities nearby, such as supermarkets, cafes, and markets. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional service throughout your stay.

The hotel is not located within the free tram zone, which may require additional transportation costs.

I recently stayed at Urban Central for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful, making check-in a breeze even in the morning when I had an early check-out. The keycard access to the rooms was convenient and added an extra layer of security. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioning/heating worked perfectly. But what impressed me the most was the comfortable bed and nice sheets. I will definitely be staying here again!
