The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and there were ample parking spaces available. the owner was considerate and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

We requested a quiet room, but ended up having noisy neighbors, which affected our experience.

I had an amazing stay at Birch Resort! The value for my money was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms, a fantastic pool, and even a kitchen and dining area. The location was convenient with electric scooters nearby for easy access to town. The staff, especially Paula at reception, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and beautifully decorated room at Birch Resort. The large, comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, and the modern and clean bathroom was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the peacefulness of the resort, as there was no road noise to disturb my relaxation. The nearby pool area was a bonus, and I took advantage of the opportunity to swim and unwind. my stay at Birch Resort provided a quiet and comfortable space for me to relax and enjoy my time in Port Douglas.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, not very close to the town center but close to the beach. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly. The room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a patio with garden furniture. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch. I also enjoyed the facilities offered by the hotel, such as the swimming pool and sun terrace. The garden area was beautifully landscaped, with beach umbrellas and sun loungers provided. this place was a great choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, providing us with everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with extra blankets and pillows available upon request. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful swimming pool, which unfortunately we didn't have enough time to enjoy. The hotel is also conveniently located, being only a short distance from the beach and the town center. we were very satisfied with our stay here.
