Chose it for work convocation. Room spacious, clean, and soundproof from trains. Good location near restaurants and shops. Security entrance and onsite parking provided convenience.

The kids absolutely loved the themed play areas and the nightly family-friendly shows kept us all entertained. the spacious family room allowed us to relax and enjoy quality time together. It was truly a memorable family vacation!

For dads, it would be great to have more child-friendly dining options available onsite.

had a lovely time in penrith. value suites was top, notch , exceptional service, comfy rooms with great kitchen facilities, effective air conditioner, and strong wifi. hassle, free check, in/out, free parking, central location with nearby amenities. overall, an excellent stay that exceeded expectations.

the room was mega clean, and i got a sweet upgrade with a couch. so close to cool trails and a pub with top-notch grub. loved chilling after kayaking with drinks. staff were super helpful, and the rooms were soundproof. right by the train station for easy trips to sydney - so convenient!

Our suite was cozy with a cute kitchenette, perfect for prepping quick meals. The comfy bed made me snooze like a baby after a long day exploring Penrith. Cons: Not a fan of the loud aircon in the main room, disturbed my sleep a bit.

This hotel is an amazing value for money with prices that won't hurt your wallet. The attention to detail is exceptional with basic amenities and rooms that have a dining table and two chairs located in the kitchenette, and air con. The staff is incredibly friendly and the breakfast is just perfect. The hotel has a great location in a quiet area close to the train station and in a good area right next to the train line, making it very convenient to explore the city.

The facilities were new and modern, and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. the spacious rooms were perfect for a self-contained stay and included all amenities required for a comfortable vacation. the location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Noise in the hallway was disruptive, particularly at night. the parking area was quite cramped, making it challenging to park larger vehicles.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the railway station, making it very convenient for transportation. It is also close to several dining options, providing a variety of choices for dinner. Additionally, the hotel is situated right beside the railway line, which adds to the unique experience of staying there.

The lack of a lift in the hotel made it difficult for guests with disabilities or heavy luggage to access their rooms. This aspect could be improved to ensure a more comfortable stay for all guests.
