The staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable experience for our family of six. Cons: My wife says that the family room lacked adequate storage space for clothes and personal belongings.

Omg, the view from the hill was breathtaking! i loved waking up to it. the rooms were super cozy with a cute fire place. Only downside was the tight space between the bunk beds. 😊.

The room was cozy and had a lovely view of Lake Jindabyne. It felt like a peaceful retreat.

stayed at Vikas before in jindabyne, but this time was even better. excellent room amenities, delightful staff, top-notch restaurant food. highly recommend for a ski trip!

Had an awesome Christmas stay. the delicious complimentary hot breakfast and newly renovated rooms were a great perk. Really enjoyed being able to easily walk into town and buy groceries or eat out. Best of all, the staff were super friendly and helpful!

Although the self service kitchen had the basics, it could be improved with more utensils and crockery. the noise level could also get high at times due to wooden floors and stairs.

The hotel's exterior may not look fancy, but the recently refurbished rooms are impressive. Clean with new furniture, beds, and bathrooms. Friendly staff quickly solved any issues. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants. Would book again.
