The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and warm. the hotel's central location was convenient, with nearby restaurants, a bottle store, and McDonald's. Having a Smart TV in the room was a great amenity, and the free drinks during dinner were a nice touch.

The room had a strong smell of cigarettes, and the bathroom was not well cleaned, with lingering odors and visible uncleanliness. Issues with stained bed sheets and pillows detracted from the comfort of the stay.

The location was perfect for our needs, being within easy reach of the gas log fire we wanted to relax by. the price and location made it a great choice. the staff were accommodating, ensuring a warm and cozy room with a lovely bed and pillows. the hot water supply was plentiful for relaxing showers.

The housekeeping service was lacking compared to other aspects of the stay.

I keep returning for my city breaks. Staff suggested amazing places initially. It’s a perfect fit for me. Wi-Fi, Free parking, Billiards, Kids’ play area, AC. Amenities like a lounge, restaurant, and TV are superb. I find all I need here.
