The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a spacious sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a convenient feature, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The hotel also provided free toiletries and a well-equipped kitchenette, which was a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floor added to the overall relaxing ambiance of the room. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even going as far as to assist us with a special request.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the CBD and within walking distance to various attractions.

We had a wonderful romantic escape and enjoyed every minute. the room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had a very comfortable bed. the breakfast included a great spread and we loved the fact that it was complementary. the location was perfect, close to all of the shops and restaurants, and we appreciated being able to walk to everything.

We did hear some noise from other rooms and the pipes, but it wasn't enough to take away from our overall experience.

Stayed at a grand mansion with great car park facilities within walking distance of the main shopping area. Our room was spacious, modern, and had excellent wifi. Despite some noisy guests, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.
