Lovely hostess, superb linen and bathroom, beautiful view. Upgraded to a spacious, comfortable room with a stunning view of North Bruny. Best breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt, and cooked options. Quaint lounge area and friendly atmosphere. Great base for exploring Bruny Island.

We had an exceptional stay at Waterview Gardens B&B. The room was beyond our expectations, with a heated floor in the ensuite and a breathtaking view from the bed. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and plenty of pillows. The hosts, Leonie and her husband, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the lactose-free options for my dietary needs. we felt at home away from home and have already recommended this place to our friends.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The owner of the BNB was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs, making our honeymoon vacation extra special. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a king-size bed and breathtaking views of the surroundings. The room was well-stocked with hot drink options and even had a convenient microwave. The bathroom was spacious and had a great-sized bath and shower, with plenty of extra toiletries provided. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a variety of options including freshly baked bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, and a delicious cooked breakfast. The service and hospitality here were top-notch, and we couldn't have been happier!

Families will find this place to be a great choice for their stay.

The location was great, close to the beach and some nice restaurants. the room was quite cozy and had a nice view of the surroundings. the staff was friendly and helpful, and provided us with some good recommendations for places to visit.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, lacking in options and not very fresh. We were also surprised to find that the room was quite noisy, with traffic and other guests being audible throughout the day and night.
