The staff at this hotel, part of the Curio Collection By Hilton, were so friendly and down-to-earth. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and the service was top-notch throughout my stay. the decor and aesthetic of the hotel were also really appealing, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the location was fantastic, within walking distance of Pitt Street Mall and plenty of great restaurants and cafes. I can definitely see myself returning to this hotel whenever I'm in town.

Great location, close to public transport. Spotless and perfume-free room. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely continental breakfast with a big selection. Convenient late check-out.

The staff at West Hotel Sydney, Curio Collection By Hilton went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When our room wasn't ready upon check-in, they quickly arranged for our bags to be stored and even offered to clean our room before we returned. They were friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the train station and waterfront bars and restaurants. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, within easy walking distance to the sights we wanted to see on our business trip. We also appreciated the complementary Bluetooth speakers in the room and the coffee pod machine for our morning caffeine fix. the room was clean and modern.

As young holiday goers, we loved the helpful and friendly staff, convenient location for exploring Sydney, and the comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The restaurant, with its beautiful decor, was also a highlight.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Kings Warf harbour, making it easy to explore the area. The room has a great view, facing the restaurant and providing a cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The complimentary snacks and beverages, along with the espresso machine, were a nice touch. the hotel offers modern amenities and is perfectly situated in the heart of the city.

The breakfast service was slow and disorganized, with incorrect orders and delayed juice service. The added cost for WiFi was also inconvenient.

Modern decor, comfortable rooms with AC and blackout curtains. Amazing shower, quality complimentary products. Friendly staff, excellent location near Kings Warf harbour. Will definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Sydney. Everything was spot on at West Hotel, Curio Collection By Hilton. From the delicious breakfast with plenty of options to the warm atmosphere and beautiful interior design, we loved it all. the staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, and the gigantic comfy pillows made our stay extra cozy. Not to mention, the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants in Barangaroo and just a short walk to the Rocks and Pitt Street Mall. We hope to come back soon!

It was perfect!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, I was impressed! The room was incredibly comfortable, with great amenities like an ironing board, mini-bar, and air conditioning. Plus, the location was perfect for me, being right next to a couple of pubs, and having easy access to laundry services. I loved the garden furniture too, it was the perfect place to sit and relax. And let's not forget about the staff - they were all fantastic, offering excellent room service and housekeeping, making sure I had everything I needed.

I can definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.
