Despite initial concerns, Nightcap At Westside Hotel exceeded expectations. the comfortable beds and delicious food at the bistro were highlights. Minor inconveniences like road noise and a small room were easily overlooked. Friendly staff and complimentary amenities made for a pleasant stay overall.

Comfortable Beds, Great Food, and Friendly Service

the location was convenient for my purposes, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory. the lack of accommodating management and noise levels from the surrounding area detracted from the overall experience.

The beds were super comfy, and the restaurant food was banging! We enjoyed some pub games and the friendly bar manager always had a grin on his face. the road noise was a tad noticeable at times, but it didn't really bother our chill vibes, mate. the barbie and pool table was a ripper spot, ey! 😊.

We had a pleasant short break at Nightcap At Westside. The Seniors meal at the Bistro was a great option for us. The location was convenient as we were on our way home from Melbourne. The bed, hot shower, and evening meal were exactly what we needed. The added bonus of a free breakfast package made our stay even better. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel's family bistro offered great value meals for all. the sports bar provided a friendly spot to catch the game. Enjoyed the stay overall, but had to weather some loud noise from the surrounding area. the staff were friendly, and the manager offered a small discount. My partner and I had a memorable family competition at the pool table. Perhaps next time, I'll bring earplugs for the noisy nights! Cheers from a night owl in need of some good shut-eye.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located on a main highway in an industrial area. The location was perfect as we needed to attend a funeral nearby. The room was old but reasonably updated with paint and an LCD TV. The staff were fantastic and willing to help accommodate us wherever they could. The breakfast, although not your usual style dining, was cute and easy to take for the day out.

There were no security or staff present in the morning, which made me feel unsafe and vulnerable.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Wifi was fast. Laundry facilities were great. Location easily accessible. Large rooms with comfortable king-sized beds.

I had a great stay at this hotel, it was definitely value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the suburban super pub location on the intersection of two main roads. The staff were very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed, including a room with all the necessary amenities, TV included. It was great to have breakfast included in the stay. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the basic amenities provided.
