The staff were delightful and attentive while I sipped my drinks. the room was cozy, and the drive-through bottle shop was a treasure trove. Feeling like royalty.

Checking in at the bar made me feel like I stumbled into a pub crawl instead of a relaxing hotel stay.

I was impressed with the accessibility features in the room, especially the wash basin with disabled facilities. the attention to detail in ensuring guests of all abilities are catered for was commendable. having tea/coffee facilities in the room was a convenient touch, allowing me to enjoy a hot drink at any time.

One minor inconvenience was that the database did not have a feature to easily search for specific amenities in the rooms. It would have been helpful to be able to filter the search results based on specific needs.

The food was great, delicious and diverse. the room was clean, spacious, and had a serene atmosphere that made me feel comfortable and at home. the strategic location of the hotel was a real advantage, it gave me easy access to the local attraction sites I wanted to see.

The water in the bathroom didn't flow well, and I had to be very careful while showering as the bathroom floor would get too wet. the parking space was very limited, and I had to find an alternative spot very far from my room, which was a bit inconvenient.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, situated in the heart of the Poker Machine area, close to a modern pub with a wide variety of delicious meals to choose from. Additionally, it is conveniently located near other restaurants and a large shopping centre, providing plenty of dining and shopping options for guests. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service, making sure that all guests feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including tea/coffee facilities conveniently located by the wash basin. I also appreciate the fact that breakfast is included in the room rate, making it a hassle-free start to the day.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The food in the bar was delicious. The location was perfect for our orienteering carnival.

We had a wonderful stay at Windsor Castle! The rooms were amazingly clean and comfortable, providing us with all the amenities we needed. Despite being located on a main road, the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night. The value for money was excellent compared to other options in the area. Although we didn't get a chance to dine at the bistro, the meals have received rave reviews. The only downside was the limited space near the wash basin in the bathroom, but it was still manageable. we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and great value.
