We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and we were blown away by the level of comfort and quality of service provided. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a ski lift right next to it, allowing us easy access to the slopes. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the centre, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Being close to all the attractions in the area made exploring Hinterglemm a breeze.

In summary, this hotel exceeded all our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, amenities, and service provided by the staff were second to none.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the ski slope and ski rental which made our skiing trip much easier. the staff was the friendliest we’ve ever encountered and made us feel extremely welcome. the self-catering apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and all the utensils we needed, ensuring all our needs were met. the pool and spa were clean and modern, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of skiing.

Sadly, some of the hotel facilities did not meet our expectations. While the rooms were clean, they lacked character and felt impersonal.

We had a lovely stay at a resort in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and being very close to the cable car. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. The service provided by the staff was excellent and the breakfast offered a great selection of food. There were also convenient facilities such as a ski locker and a spa/pool area. it was a great value for money experience.

The poor wifi connection, which made it difficult to download important information like ski maps.

The dinner included in the all-inclusive package at Adler Resort was absolutely fantastic. The food was of high quality and the variety was impressive. The facilities at the hotel were modern and comfortable, including the spa area with its saunas and pools. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming. my stay at Adler Resort was great.

It's worth mentioning that the lunch buffet included in the all-inclusive package was a bit austere. But this was just a minor drawback in an otherwise excellent stay.

But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. A special shout-out to Elizabeth, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay a success, and to Piroska, the cleaning lady, who kept our rooms spotless. Thank you both for your exceptional service and for making our trip so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five-star experience, especially those looking for a ski holiday. Keep up the great work!
