We loved this hotel's luxurious Spa & Wellness centre and its attentive service. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all fantastic and the treatments were truly impressive. The heated swimming pool and sun loungers were also a huge plus, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the sun on the sun terrace. The restaurant was also a highlight, with delicious meals and special diet menus that catered to our dietary restrictions.

The only minor issue we had was with the entertainment. While the live performances were entertaining, we would have appreciated a wider range of activities and events to keep us engaged throughout the day and night.

Spent Xmas in an amazing mountain hotel with two indoor pools and spa. The food was top notch and the views were breathtaking. The staff was attentive to all our needs, offering a free shuttle to the ski lifts and even organising a Christmas Eve torchlight ski down the mountain. Our room was cosy and spacious, with lots of natural light and a balcony overlooking the snowy landscape.

The spa was a bit small considering how many guests were there, but the amenities were clean and well-maintained. The WiFi was spotty at times, which made it difficult to stay connected with loved ones back home.
