Our recent city break hotel had two amazing features – its serene lakeside ambience and its proximity to the train station, making our travels smooth and hassle-free. The spacious dining area and fresh, well-cooked options both at breakfast and dinner made us feel indulged and well-catered for.

The outdoor excursions were sometimes marred by large crowds of noisy tourists along the lakeside. the room’s decor lacked character and could have been more luxurious to justify the high prices.

I recently stayed at Alpenhotel Kitzbuhel Am Schwarzsee for a week-long ski trip and it was absolutely fantastic. The food options were exceptional at all hours of the day, and the activities around the lake and at the spa provided great relaxation after a day on the slopes. The direct access to the lake was stunning, and the comfortable beds and relaxing spa center made for a truly enjoyable stay. The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
