We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and enjoying all the amenities this place has to offer. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and attentive staff to the excellent laundry service and airport shuttle. We were so impressed with the ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire, making it easy for us to hit the slopes without any hassle. Additionally, the room was well-appointed with ironing facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a lovely terrace with garden furniture. We couldn't have asked for more in terms of comfort and convenience.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, services, and amenities provided here are truly exceptional.

Had a great new year's trip with my family to the mountains. The hotel's location was perfect, it was close to the lifts and we didn't have to walk much with our ski gear. We received a card that gave us free access to public transport and cable cars. Loved the daily afternoon tea, coffee, and cakes, it was a nice way to catch up with the family after a day on the mountains.

The room was a bit small for us and it felt cramped with all our ski equipment. The elevator was also a bit slow and sometimes we ended up taking the stairs.

The staff handled overreactive guests with grace and solutions. Great location, comfortable property, and dog-friendly. Spa, swimming pool, and meals were fantastic. Friendly and attentive staff, especially Felix and the Bar Manager.
