We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of nature. Surrounded by the beautiful forest and towering mountains, the location was absolutely breathtaking. The service provided by the friendly and attentive staff was top-notch. From the housekeeping to the ski pass vendor, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

The hotel has a great location, close to many attractions and with beautiful surroundings. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of activities for kids and adults, including a playroom, playground, and a swimming pool with a water toboggan. the food is delicious and diverse, with an all-inclusive option that is worth the price. the hotel also offers free equipment rental for snow activities.

The hotel seems to have some outdated facilities, such as radiators that don't generate enough heat and carpets that look old. the kitchen sink plug was jammed and it took some effort from the staff to try to fix it.
