The hotel was a great value for money, with everything we needed close by, including attractions and the city center. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast, including hot eggs, was also included.

No negative aspects to mention.

Our kitchen facilities were excellent and the cleanliness of the apartment was amazing. Location is perfect and close to everything. We especially loved the short walk to the City Express lift and the Kaprun Glacier bus stop. Would definitely recommend the Alpenparks hotel & apartments central. Overall I had a fantastic stay.

The sound isolation in the apartment was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. The room equipment was top-notch, with the only minor downside being the lack of pan covers. The heated floors throughout the apartment were a pleasant feature. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with convenient access to two lifts, as well as train and bus stations. The transfer to and from the airport was well-organized and reasonably priced. It was also convenient to purchase ski tickets at the reception.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape and appreciated the two complementary facts offered by the hotel. the location was key for us as we were steps away from the train station, shops, and restaurants. the view from our room was stunning and we enjoyed waking up to it every morning.

As a tourist, the centrally located apartments were perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and the ski lift. The upgraded superior family suite was amazing, with a huge wrap-around balcony and stunning mountain views. The beds were comfy, there were two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen , and the underfloor heating made our stay very enjoyable. The steam room and sauna were a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The staff spoke fluent English and were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it is opposite the police station, near the train station, and in the center of the city. We were also pleased to find that it was close to the City express cable car, making it convenient for our skiing activities. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as a washing machine and dryer available. The staff provided helpful and pleasant service, and the continental breakfast included hot egg options. Additionally, the view from the room was beautiful.

There were limited English TV channels available, with only news channels.
