Amazing food. Convenient services. Ski-in capability. Friendly and helpful waiter. Comfortable, well-run hotel. Excellent food by talented chefs. Layout of the room feels like a small suite. Traditional, high-quality decor. Lovely spa facilities. Great location for town and lifts. Well-designed dining area with ambient lighting. Top-notch breakfast. Excellent sauna. Helpful staff. Heated lockers for skis. Spacious room. Friendly staff.

The free parking was a great advantage for us. the location was also excellent, with easy access to the slopes and shuttle service to the station. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the spa facilities were great. Best of all, there were no children in the hotel, which made the stay peaceful.

We had some issues with communication, and they made us feel guilty for their mistakes. while the hotel had some excellent features, the lackluster staff detracted from the experience.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel nestled in the mountains. This place is all about enhancing comfort and providing quality services. The location on the hill offers breathtaking views from the balcony of the immaculate and modern rooms. I was able to relax and unwind in the spa while enjoying the peaceful ambiance, especially when it was raining outside. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that my every need was met. The restaurant provided excellent food, both for breakfast and dinner, and the service was superb. The facilities, including the Acqua/Spa area, were top-notch and well-maintained. I had a fantastic experience and would strongly recommend this hotel to others.
