We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Salzburg. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel immediately at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself was unique, with a blend of old and new designs that were tastefully done. The breakfast selection was excellent, especially the fancy cakes. We also enjoyed the restaurant's beef and steaks from their family-owned ranch. When we missed our train due to a marathon, the hotel went above and beyond, offering us a great deal on an extra night and upgrading us to a fantastic suite. If we return to Salzburg, this hotel will be our first choice.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location on the charming pedestrian street of Linze Gasse was perfect, just a short walk across the river from the Old Town. Although it was a bit difficult to approach by car, the hotel's enhanced comfort and quality services more than made up for any shortcomings. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us with any questions or requests. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring.

What really made this hotel special was that it is family-run, and the staff's impeccable service showed their passion for their work. I would love to come back another time.
