Lovely modern apartment in an excellent location near a grass surface. Easy access to public transport and a short walk to the zoo and Schonbrunn Park. Friendly and accessible owner who even allowed us to leave our dog in the apt until 2 pm on our last day. Well-furnished kitchen with all necessary appliances for preparing meals. Good value for the money and comfortable accommodation.

Had a great time during my Xmas stay! Loved the location, so close to the park and zoo, and the U4 connection made it easy to get to the city center. Also, having the option to park my car in a private space was a huge plus. the hosts were super polite and friendly, always ready to give advice or help out.

The only downside was the bed. It was really uncomfortable and ended up giving me and my girlfriend backaches.

The apartment we stayed in was modern and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. the location was ideal, with close proximity to the subway station and a beautiful park nearby. Additionally, the owner was friendly and accommodating, even offering to park our car for us.

The mattresses on the large bed were uncomfortable, although the owner assured us they would be replaced soon. Additionally, there were some minor maintenance issues, such as leaks in the shower and gaps in the ground floor apartment that allowed ants to enter.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this apartment. the host was extremely kind and helpful, making it easy for us to make arrangements. the apartment itself was very spacious and had plenty of windows, allowing for plenty of sunlight throughout the day. We especially loved that one door opened into a lovely garden, giving us a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, and we hardly heard any traffic or noise from other guests. the location was perfect, with the subway station only 50 meters away. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a good restaurant, a coffee house, and a shopping center all within a short walking distance. And to top it all off, the stunning Schonbrunn park was just a stone's throw away.
