It was refreshing to encounter such genuine and helpful hotel staff, a breath of fresh air!

The Apollo Hotel Vienna is conveniently located near train and tram terminals as well as the main shopping area. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, providing excellent hospitality. The air conditioning in the hotel was a lifesaver during the hot weather. The cleaning staff did their best to keep the rooms clean. The breakfast, although basic, was decent with good coffee.

I recently stayed at Apollo Hotel for New Year's Eve and was pleasantly surprised by their warm hospitality. They surprised us with a bottle of frizzling wine and glasses at our door, wishing us a Happy New Year. The staff was incredibly friendly and the location is conveniently close to tram and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms have been newly renovated in a beautiful high-ceiling residential building, and the efficient air-conditioning was a bonus.
