The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The ensuite bathroom was modern and had a pop of color that added a nice touch. The hotel's soundproofing was excellent, as we hardly heard any outside noise during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to many historic sites and attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

That the breakfast was a bit expensive. However, the variety and quality of the food made up for it.

You'll be just steps away from the main attractions and surrounded by beautiful cobbled stone streets and old stone buildings. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and great pillows. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff who are happy to assist with any recommendations or requests. Plus, the breakfast is delicious and offers a good variety of options to start your day.

Very helpful staff, early check-in and late check-out. Spacious, clean room with no noise. Bicycles available for touring. Fantastic European breakfast. Exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff. Modern and comfortable rooms. Perfect for exploring the historical old town. Busy tourist area, but the hotel provides a safe, quiet haven. Excellent boutique hotel with spacious, well-equipped rooms. Staff in the lobby are really helpful. Great breakfast. A perfect place for a 2-night stay in Salzburg.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond when it started raining during our arrival. They personally walked down the street to help us with our luggage before we could park our car. It was a truly exceptional experience that made us feel welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved our romantic escape in this charming boutique hotel. the room was spacious and had amazing smaller touches that made our stay even more special. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the breakfast was simple yet elegant, with delicious freshly squeezed juices and top-notch coffee. We appreciated the complimentary toiletry items and excellent flat-screen TV. Best of all, the friendly and efficient staff were always in good spirits!

We could hear footsteps and movements of people in the room above us, which was a bit annoying. the shower screen was ineffective, with water spilling out onto the bathroom floor.

I could easily walk to all major sights, as well as to the Mozart Festival and any restaurant or historical site I wanted to visit. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast spread. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed for a great stay.

I stayed at artHotel Blaue Gans for a week-long trip and loved it! The valet parking made it so easy to navigate the busy streets of Old Town Salzburg. The spacious and comfortable room with separate bathroom area was a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was absolutely fabulous, with a self-service area and a menu to order from. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The central location allowed us to easily walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. And the little blue goose souvenir was a lovely touch!
