From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff at the front desk. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with excellent parking facilities and a beautiful breakfast spread. The Russian waitress serving at breakfast was particularly delightful. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short and safe walk to the city center. The highlight of my stay was stepping into the hotel on a freezing evening and being welcomed by a nice warm and inviting reception area.

I had a fabulous stay at Augarten Art! The spa area was so comfortable, and I loved that I could take new gowns and towels whenever I needed. The beds were incredibly cozy and the soft bed linen added an extra touch of comfort. The breakfast selection was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the eggs made to order. The staff treated me with great respect and were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was situated in a great area, just a short walk from the city center. The location was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good water pressure in the shower. The staff provided excellent service, offering drinks and amenities upon arrival, and even giving us bottles of water for our onward trip.

There was one minor downside - the hotel lacked a designated accessible entrance for guests with disabilities.
