We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a bigger room, which was fantastic. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillow menu system was a lovely touch. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with the Old town only a 10-minute walk away. the staff were friendly, and we had a great view of the Alps from our room. We really wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy all the hotel had to offer.

The area around the hotel was very nice, with access to grassy areas and a beautiful view of the mountains. We also appreciated the fact that it was in the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The housekeeping staff kept our room tidy and the shops/commercial services on-site were convenient. We were also welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, providing tours and ticket assistance.

The blow dryer in the room was super powerful, and the quality of the shampoo and shower products was excellent. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was within walking distance of downtown and close to many neighboring sights and activities.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Innsbruck and had an amazing experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city and clear in front of the mountains. It was just a short walk to the old town and all the tourist spots. Plus, being right across the street from the funicular station was so convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with large windows that offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, making my stay even more comfortable. The service at the hotel was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the on-site parking, which made it easy for me to explore the city. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

That the pillowcases and duvet covers had a weird fabric, but it didn't significantly affect my overall stay.

We had a suite with a gorgeous rooftop terrace that would have been fantastic if it hadn't rained during our entire stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to a great market where we could fill our kitchenette with goodies. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Had a great Christmas stay, and the hotel really made the experience memorable. the breakfast was exceptional with a great selection of hot and cold food to keep us fueled for the day ahead. the view from the room was breathtaking, with picturesque mountains and a nearby park providing a stunning backdrop. Complementary mulled wine upon arrival and chocolates on our pillows were a lovely touch.

The room was a bit small for our liking, especially with all the extra winter clothing and gear we had. the noise from the street occasionally disrupted our sleep, but it wasn't a major issue.

the location was perfect, just a short walk to the Old City and with a great view of the river from the room. We were even able to find free street parking right outside the hotel. the staff went above and beyond, particularly when my husband requested gluten-free bread rolls for breakfast. They not only provided them but also made sure they were cooked perfectly. the room itself was modern and spacious, equipped with a personal coffee machine and a fridge. it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend Austria Trend Hotel.
