the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the common area was also great. the staff, especially Simone, provided excellent service and helpfulness, including allowing us to leave our luggage until our evening departure. the location was convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. a delightful experience.

During Xmas, we stayed in a hotel that had excellent location, just a few minutes walk away from restaurants and attractions. the best aspects of this hotel were the comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi. the common kitchen was fully-equipped, allowing us to prepare breakfast and save a bit of money.

the noise level was quite high due to the fitness room located directly below our room and the lack of soundproofing. while we appreciated some of the amenities, the lack of proper heating and noise level made our stay less enjoyable.
