I had a fantastic stay at Basic Hotel! The receptionist kindly offered to move her car so that I could park at the back of the hotel. The room was spacious with two double beds and a big enclosed balcony where I could enjoy the stunning mountain views. The modern bathroom was a highlight, complete with fluffy towels. The hotel's location was perfect, within easy walking distance of everything. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly service, spacious rooms, and reasonable price.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the beautiful historic area of Innsbruck and other city attractions. The rooms are comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including a modern bathroom with an excellent shower. I loved the mountain view from my room's balcony, where I could sit and enjoy the scenery. Additionally, the breakfast, included in our rate, at the bakery next door was a delightful start to the day.

My room had a balcony with a stunning view of the mountains, it was like a picture-perfect postcard. The staff were helpful in pointing out nearby attractions and arranging for taxis. The location was ideal, with a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance and everything within walking distance. I also enjoyed delicious breakfasts at the nearby Stefan's cafe. I had a wonderful stay at Basic Hotel and would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located close to the center of town. The room had a modern design with a large flat screen TV and a spacious glass-walled wet room. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, providing us with recommendations for nearby restaurants and sights. Breakfast was available in the adjoining cafe which was a bit expensive but offered good value. the hotel was conveniently located and provided comfortable accommodations.

There was a minor issue with water spilling out of the shower panel into the main bathroom area, which the receptionist promised to fix.

I couldn't believe my luck when I discovered Basic Hotel during my stay in Innsbruck. I had a family room that was spacious and comfortable, with two big double beds and a separate balcony where I could relax while the kids slept. The bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean, and the room had plenty of storage space. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the free WiFi was a lifesaver with my kids. For the unbeatable value, I highly recommend a stopover at Basic Hotel. this hidden gem exceeded all my expectations.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. the pillows were very flat and it was difficult to get a good night's rest.
