Spent a fantastic New Year's Eve at this hotel. Loved the clean and spacious rooms, equipped with all necessary facilities. The hotel is strategically located, just a few steps away from the metro station and shopping mall. The breakfast provided an array of delicious foods to choose from, and the quality was impressive.

The staff at the hotel were less accommodating, and their service lacked professionalism. It took a while to sort out my laundry issue as the laundry service was not available, and they could not provide any other solution to compensate me.

Our stay at Bassena Wien Donaustadt was fantastic. The location, just a minute away from the Kagran underground station and the Westfield mall, was perfect for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with a mini-fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus, the added bonus of a small gym was a great feature for such an affordable price.
