The complementary mulled wine and champagne offered on New Year’s Eve were a nice touch, and the location of this hotel was great, just a short walk from the metro station. the view from the room was impressive, with the city glowing in the dark.

The noise from the street outside was unbearable, and the room did not have proper soundproofing. the room was quite cold, and the heating system didn’t work properly, despite our complaints to the front desk.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is very convenient and we were able to reach all the main attractions with ease – there’s a tram stop right outside! Plus, it’s just a short walk away from the center. The service was top notch, with room service and housekeeping always on point. We were welcomed with a drink, and the room amenities were fantastic – the heating was perfect and they even had tea and coffee facilities!
