I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plaza Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with a tea kit and kettle for convenience. The spa area was a highlight, with both a steam and Finnish sauna, and even access to a secluded roof terrace. The hotel's underground parking made it easy to travel by car, and there was a great selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

While the hotel overall was excellent, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The rooms had a slight odor, possibly due to an old carpet that could benefit from a thorough cleaning or replacement.

Great location, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Spa area was a nice touch, and the staff had a welcoming attitude.

Disappointing amenities. The interior was not updated, and the lack of air conditioning was unbearable during warmer weather.

Exceptional service from the staff. When I arrived early, the receptionist quickly organized everything for me. The same friendly man served me later at the bar, and even at breakfast, the waiter took special care of my son, making him feel like a star.
