I felt like I was staying in a historical treasure. The beautiful old building has been perfectly renovated. The bathroom was well designed and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner in their restaurant were delicious, and the service felt like 5-star. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

As young families, we loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Goldener Adler. The deluxe rooms were perfect for us, combining traditional and modern features. The state-of-the-art bathrooms and perfectly functioning showers were a delight. The staff at the reception were brilliant, always ready to help and make our stay enjoyable. The hotel also offered useful services, such as serving tea in our room. The central location of the hotel in the heart of the old town was fantastic.

The hotel had a prime location in the heart of the old town, which was perfect for exploring the city. the staff were all very helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was beautiful and spacious. the restaurant on the premises served great food.

We had trouble with the room temperature as there were no instructions for the air conditioning. It was too warm for our liking, and even when we managed to turn the aircon on, it didn't cool the room enough.
