I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the train station and situated on a steep slope, making it easy for me to access the slopes for skiing. The service at this place was impeccable, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry all available. The airport shuttle service was very convenient as well. The room itself was top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace where I could relax and enjoy the stunning views.

We had a 4-night stay at Kaiserhof and enjoyed exceptional hospitality from check-in to checkout. The staff were always smiling and made our holiday memorable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and great value, especially the fixed-price menu. The breakfast had a fabulous selection, including a chef who made omelets and pancakes to order. Our spacious room had a comfortable bed and a lovely shower. The hotel's location was brilliant, with a short walk to the lift station and the town's shops and train station. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Kaiserhof.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is just a short walk down the hill to the Hahnenkammbahn station, making it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts like myself. The room I stayed in was spacious and well decorated in the Tyrolean style. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, they were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed being able to have breakfast outside while taking in the fresh air and beautiful views.

Some rooms facing the street might experience occasional noise from skiers and snowcats, although closing the windows does help reduce the disturbance.

I had a wonderful stay at Kaiserhof Kitzbuhel, 4 Sterne Superior. The staff went above and beyond to make my family and me feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had beautiful balconies with stunning views of the gondolas. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The hotel's location was perfect for skiing, just steps away from the slopes. The pool and wellness area were also great amenities to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience.

We had an amazing city break! the breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the complementary tea and coffee in the lobby. the location couldn't have been better, it was conveniently located close to public transport and attractions. Best of all, the staff were friendly and always happy to help with anything you need.

This made it difficult to sleep at times. We also found the road noise to be a distraction, and would have preferred a stand-alone shower in the bathroom.
