The hotel is in a great location, really close to the city centre. It's within walking distance of all the main attractions, such as the underground station and the opera. The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities, like a large TV, safe, and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and provided a high standard of service.

The Wi-Fi in the room was weak and often disconnected.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great coffee and tea selection, the rooms were clean and exceeded expectations, the location was perfect and away from tourist crowds.

We recently stayed at Kaiserhof Wien for the second time and once again had a fantastic experience. the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. the hotel itself has a chic and warm ambience, and our room was welcoming and cosy. It was also spotlessly clean, which we appreciated. the location is strategic, being very close to all the best sights, museums, and art galleries in the city. It's a tried and tested hotel that has never let us down.

We had a truly memorable stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. The room was not only comfortable, but also incredibly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding was lovely and added an extra touch of luxury. The location of this venue was perfect for us, as it was within easy walking distance of all our meetings and provided convenient access to the top attractions, as well as some fantastic restaurants to unwind in after a long day.

As a family with children, we appreciated the thoughtful Easter "basket" with chocolates and the warm and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. The classic elegant style of the rooms and the hotel itself added to the charm, and the location in the heart of the city made it convenient to explore everything Vienna has to offer.

As for the location, it was perfect for me to explore the surroundings on foot, as well as to take public transport, since the underground Karlsplatz station was nearby. Here I found a variety of amenities such as the convenience store which came in handy during my stay. The services in general were great with a very helpful and attentive staff who are always on point and happy to help. The room was cozy, comfortable and had all the amenities that I needed including free tea and coffee.

We were grateful for the free breakfast and the complimentary bottle of water. the hotel was close to the sights and provided easy access to transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful with their advice on what to see and where to go.

The rooms were cramped and hot, making it hard for us to get comfortable and relax.

The hotel itself was gorgeously decorated and located just a short walk from the city center. There were plenty of delicious food options nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was simply amazing - one of the best we've ever had! Kaiserhof Wien provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Kaiserhof Wien in Vienna. the SUIT room option with separate living and bedroom areas was perfect for our family. the location was quiet yet close to all amenities, and we could easily walk to the town center. the classic room was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and pillows. the breakfast buffet was exceptional and well worth the price. the staff, especially in the restaurant, were friendly and attentive. We felt at home and even received a lovely surprise gift for our children. it was a great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.
