I had a great stay at this hotel in Austria. The location was convenient, with everything in the city centre within walking distance. The staff was professional, kind, and service-oriented. The rooms were modern and clean, and I especially appreciated the separate tower for non-smokers. The hotel also had a convenient parking space on location at a reasonable price. it was a very nice experience.

Great view and delicious breakfast

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for our romantic escape. The view from our room was amazing, we could enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel was located in a central area, close to restaurants and entertainment options.

Our romantic escape was ruined by the terrible customer service and uncomfortable mattress. The receptionist was rude and not helpful when we asked for recommendations about activities to do in the area. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and we woke up with back pain every morning. We were also disappointed that the room cleaning service was not efficient, and we had to ask for extra towels and toiletries every day. we would not recommend this hotel.
