Luxurious room, extensive breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location.

All was good.

We loved this place for its location in a quiet residential area. There's not much near by but it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff and service here are excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The rooms are well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. We enjoyed having a mini-bar in the room and the terrace was a nice touch. The soundproofed rooms are great for a good night's sleep and the free toiletries were a nice added touch.

The panoramic view from our room was breathtaking, especially at night. We felt like we were on top of the world! The modern design of the room was impressive and the touch-switches were cool. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the stylish and modern design of the hotel. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering breathtaking views day and night. The easy accessibility by car was convenient, although parking did come at an extra charge. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the database, allowing for efficient navigation.

The sky restaurant offers a magnificent view.

What a mind-blowing experience! The location of this hotel is super convenient, just off the highway. The modern design and functional appliances in the room were jaw-dropping. And let me tell you, the shower was simply outstanding! The friendly and helpful team took care of all our requests with great attention. But the highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view from the breakfast and dinner area on the top floor. It was the perfect start to our day. We also loved the fact that the hotel is brand new and the standard room was incredibly spacious. The bathroom was modern and big, and the view of the mountains was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant on the top floor also offered fantastic views, and the food was amazing. And did I mention the hi-tech rooms with LED lights in the shower? Wow! The breakfast was amazing too, with a view on the 15th floor. The hotel also had a great restaurant and night bar. With on-site parking and a nearby bus to the city center, it was super convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful, and overall we loved our stay here. Can't wait to come back!

Our romantic escape was enjoyable overall. the breakfast had many delicious options and the bathroom was spotless and modern. the staff we interacted with were also friendly and accommodating. the hotel's location near the city center and train station was a plus. We also appreciated the complementary daily newspaper and welcome drink upon arrival.

the pillows were uncomfortable and made for a difficult night's sleep. the pricing for some amenities felt overpriced and not worth the cost.

I recently stayed at Cool Mama for three nights and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was easily accessible by car and close to the highway. The apartment design was outstanding and the mattress was absolute perfection. The highlight was definitely the sky view restaurant, offering the most beautiful viewpoint in the city. The dining room and bar on the top floor had an amazing view of Salzburg, and the steak I had for dinner was perfectly cooked. a modern hotel with astonishing views and excellent service.
